What is Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
Extrusion blow molding machine is a device used to produce hollow plastic products (such as bottles, barrels, etc.). The blow molding machine converts plastic particles into products of various shapes through a series of processes such as heating, extrusion, and blowing.

The main components of the blow molding machine include: extruder, die head, mold, blowing device, cooling system, clamping device, control system, etc.
Blow Molding Machine Working Principle
1. Plasticization: Plastic particles are heated and melted in the extruder barrel to form a viscous plastic melt.
2. Extrusion: The molten plastic is extruded through the die head to form a tubular plastic blank tube (also called a parison).
3. Blowing: The extruded blank tube is clamped in the mold and blown from the inside of the blank tube by high-pressure air to make it close to the inner wall of the mold.
4. Cooling molding: The blown blank tube is cooled and solidified in the mold to form the final product.
5. Demolding: The cooled product is removed from the mold.
