HDPE Plastic Chair Seat Blow Molding Machine
The majority of blow molding machines used for HDPE chair seats are extrusion blow molding machines. These blow molding machines are specifically designed for producing hollow, large plastic products (such as chair seats, backrests, and cabinets).

Due to the large size of chair seats, large quantities of parisons need to be extruded. Conventional continuous extruder heads can sag due to the weight of the parison, resulting in uneven wall thickness. An accumulator-type extruder first stores the molten plastic in a chamber, then uses a piston to rapidly extrude all the material at once to form the parison. This ensures rapid and even sagging of the parison, resulting in a product with more uniform wall thickness.
Chair Seat Blow Molding Machine Working Principle:
1. Plasticizing and Extrusion: HDPE plastic granules are fed through a hopper and heated, melted, and plasticized into a viscous, fluid melt within the extruder barrel.
2. Parison Forming: The molten plastic is pushed through the die head by the screw, forming a hollow, tubular melt called a parison.

3. Mold Closure and Blow Molding:
The mold (usually consisting of two halves) is quickly closed, clamping the parison.
A blow needle is inserted into the parison, injecting high-pressure air.
Under the influence of the air pressure, the hot parison expands like a balloon, clinging tightly to the cold mold wall.
4. Cooling and Setting: The product is cooled while maintaining pressure within the mold to stabilize its shape.
5. Mold opening and part removal: The mold is opened and the molded seat is taken out by a robot or ejector for subsequent processing (such as trimming flash).
